A low-key and fun upcoming local race is the March 30 Spring equinox 8K --St. Mark's in New Canaan at 3 p.m. --only one BIG hill. Find the info on hitekracing.com --if you are brave, you can run it after the morning 30K ---get to the start early for a t-shirt (here is last year's shirt).
